Custom Conveyor Package
This system features a stainless steel flat wire mesh belt and includes a conveyor drive, Dyne-A-Flame or Flame Series Pro control panel, and an adjustable-height treater head assembly mounted directly to the conveyor frame. The treater head assembly is equipped with a stainless steel flame guard surrounding the flame treating head, along with a stainless steel exhaust flange designed to connect to a customer-supplied exhaust system.
Customers can specify conveyor length (6'–10'), width (12"–24"), and speed range (up to 300 FPM, variable speed).
