Blown-ion™ plasma treatment is well known for providing uniform surface treatment to clean, etch and functionalize conductive and non-conductive surfaces. The plasma's high speed discharge of ions removes contaminants, increases bonding sites, & improves the wettability of surfaces for improved adhesion with adhesives, inks and coatings.
Enercon's unique Blown-ion™ Multiport™ plasma treaters enable manufacturers to uniformly treat wider areas in a single pass. This is ideal for robotic and high speed applications. Enercon offers the new Blown-ion™ 250 plasma treater for applications requiring 1" width of treatment and the Blown-ion™ 500 for applications requiring 2" wide treatment.
