The new inspection system offers improved cocked cap detection and flexibility for integrating inspection, rejection and any optional blocking arms you may have installed at locations best suited for your operation.

Deluxe Cocked Cap Detector offers superior sensitivity and provides a numeric readout of the percent of light reaching the sensor which simplifies setup by allowing you to set a specific cap height limit for your application.
For Large Containers that are too large to be inspected and rejected prior to induction sealing with the standard inspection system.
Flexible Integration Options allow upstream spacing of motion/foil detection, rejection and optional blocking arms.
