The facility creates additional manufacturing capacity, enhances customer support offerings, and enables innovative product development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"responsive-youtube\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/xi-ZiI-270s?rel=0\" title=\"YouTube video player\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p>Enercon is recognized as the global leader in&nbsp;<a href=\"\/web-treating\/\">corona<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"\/plasma-treating\/\">plasma and flame<\/a>&nbsp;surface treating technologies, as well as&nbsp;<a href=\"\/sealing\/\">induction cap sealing<\/a>. We\u2019re building for our customers\u2019 future and this new facility is going to help Enercon do that in so many ways,\u201d says Enercon Co-Chief Executive Officer Scott Manning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEnercon\u2019s new corporate headquarters increases our capacity in delivering both custom-engineered and custom-configured products to our customers. We\u2019re optimizing our new plant layout to support our ongoing implementation of LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement programs. And we will be advancing our engineering and manufacturing operations and processes to ensure rapid responsiveness to market needs at scale,\u201d says Enercon Chief Operating Officer Nick Siler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the expansion, Enercon will also be investing in new laboratories and other customer support capabilities. \u201cOur new laboratories will be equipped with our latest technologies and are designed to allow customers to participate in lab trials in person and remotely. We\u2019re also investing in facilities, tools, and resources to provide customers with state-of-the-art expert training and support,\u201d says Enercon President Ryan Schuelke.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The new facility is being constructed in nearby Germantown, Wisconsin on the same property that has previously been home to Enercon\u2019s Technical Development Center. The company will retain use of their current headquarters for strategic projects. Enercon will begin moving operations into the new facility in the 4th quarter of this year coinciding with the beginning of the company\u2019s 50th year in business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enercon Industries Corporation is a major manufacturer of equipment for the plastics, converting and packaging industries with major operations in the United States, United Kingdom and India.
