\n\t\t\tQuick Sleeve\u2122 Silicone Sleeve Install Tool\n\t\t<\/h1>\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

Patent-Pending Tool Enables Replacement of Silicone Sleeves in Record Time.<\/strong>Enercon’s New Quick Sleeve\u2122 features an innovative use of compressed air to allow a single person to easily slide a new silicone sleeve onto a ground roll. It attaches directly to ground rolls or with the use of an included clamp.<\/p>\t\t\n\t\n\t\t\n\t\t\t

How to use the Patent Pending Quick Sleeve Install Tool<\/strong><\/p>

  1. Remove Old Sleeve<\/li>
  2. Connect the tool to the ground roll with four screws. (Holes are pre-drilled by Enercon on new rolls & may be added in the field on older systems.)<\/li>
  3. Connect 1\/4″ air line to the tool & lift eye to roll<\/li>
  4. Thread air line & lift chain through the new sleeve<\/li>
  5. Initiate sleeve install over the tool and the ground roll<\/li>
  6. Turn on compressed air supply to tool<\/li>
  7. Holes in the tool allow air to lift the sleeve away from the roll to enable sliding of the sleeve down the roll<\/li>
  8. Slide sleeve down the roll until the roll is covered<\/li>
  9. Disconnect the lift chain and tool.<\/li>
  10. Trim the roll to size<\/li>
  11. Install Treater Roll back into treater station and if any air bubbles are found knead them out before corona treating<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t
