New treatment heads add versatility to the Dyne-A-Mite HP™ 3D surface treater
Release date: 6/1/2005
Ideal for robotic applications and treatment of grooved areas
The Dyne-A-Mite HP™, a powerful and highly effective 3D air plasma surface treater, is now available with a variety of head options for specialty applications. The compressed air head option offers more intense discharge for narrow and grooved products. This makes the Dyne-A-Mite HP™ even more powerful for improving surface adhesion on all types of surfaces for printing, painting, coating, bonding, and labeling applications.
Electrical and air connections are condensed into a single hose. This single head design makes it ideal for mounting in robotics applications and can easily be integrated into many different line configurations. Longer hose lengths allow for easier treating of remote applications.
Treatment heads for the Dyne-A-Mite HP™ can be mounted using Enercon's universal mounting bracket. This bracket is easy to attach and offers unlimited adjustability.
