Enercon Industries Corporation announces the retirement of Richard Bull, Managing Director and Co-Founder of Enercon Industries Ltd.<\/a> Richard will officially step down on Thursday, 31st October 2024, after almost four decades of dedicated service to the induction cap sealing specialists.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richard co-founded Enercon Industries Ltd, the UK and European arm of the company, in the late 1980s. He launched Enercon\u2019s range of induction cap sealers<\/a> into these territories.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Under Richard\u2019s visionary leadership, Enercon grew to become the leading supplier of induction sealing technology in the UK and Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bull’s Remarkable Career in the Packaging Industry<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Beyond running an international business, Richard contributed significantly to the wider packaging industry. He served on the board of the PPMA (now Automate UK) as Technical Director and completed two terms on the board of the Packaging Society. His dedication to supporting the next generation of industry professionals was also evident through his long-term participation in a business mentorship program and the university lectures he delivered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Richard\u2019s contributions led to him receiving numerous accolades, including a Fellowship from the Institute of Packaging in 2011 and the PPMA Group\u2019s Lifetime Outstanding Achievement Award in 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Reflecting on his career, Richard shared, \u201cAs I prepare to retire, I am filled with pride for the extraordinary journey I have had in the packaging industry.
