Add an Enercon ejector to reject these faulty containers from the production line. When this occurs, the sealer is automatically turned off and a &#8220;stalled bottle fault&#8221; is displayed on the screen of the system. Inclusion of a stalled bottle detector in a conveyor production line may prevent containers from remaining under the sealing head for extended periods, which may cause damage to the containers, lost product, and pose a safety risk when sealing flammable or combustible materials.\n<strong>Bottle Backup Detector<\/strong><br \/>\nDetects if bottles backup into the sealer from downstream. When this occurs, the sealer is automatically turned off and a fault is displayed on the screen of the system. Inclusion of a bottle backup detector in a conveyor production line may prevent containers from remaining under the sealing head for extended periods, which may cause damage to the containers, lost product, and pose a safety risk when sealing flammable or combustible materials.\n<strong>Cocked Cap Detector<\/strong><br \/>\nSenses a cap that is not properly seated. Prevents containers from colliding with the induction sealing head and creating a down bottle situation.
