Enercon Unveils New Super Seal™ Max Induction Cap Sealer
Release date: 11/2/2012
MENOMONEE FALLS, WI - Enercon Industries newest induction sealer, the Super Seal™ Max offers packagers up to 20% more sealing power and a touch screen interface loaded with features to improve productivity.
According to Enercon’s Cap Seal Product Manager Jeff LaGrange the increase in sealing capacity is a direct result of a new design architecture that includes new components and layout. “Enercon has worked hard to optimize our sealing head design to transfer as much energy as possible into the induction liners used for sealing. With the updates we have made packagers can now expect up to 20% more sealing capacity, something which was never before possible.”
In addition, the new Super Seal™ Max mechanically and electrically integrates cap inspection to simply set-up and operation. Controlling this powerful new sealer is a touch screen interface that offers packagers recipe management, password security, a full complement of bottle and foil counts, internal monitoring of all critical operating data, descriptive fault information, troubleshootingsupport, universal voltage input compatibility, remote and local control modes and network connectivity.
