Enercon Improves Upon Industry-Leading, Customer-Focused Web Site
Release date: 3/1/2005
New Enercon site offers improved navigation and is packed with value-added information and resources for the induction sealing industry
Enercon Industries Corp., the world's leading manufacturer of induction sealing systems and related equipment, announced today their new induction cap and capless sealing systems web site. The new web site was designed to set a new standard in the induction sealing industry for usability and value-added resources, offering visitors a wide-range of information to help inform them about the technology, trends and uses of induction sealing.
In addition to its improved navigation, the site serves as a rich resource for application stories, technical articles and papers and detailed technical support information. Other value-added information includes technology basics, industry links, frequently asked questions, lab details, a glossary of key terms and much more.
"As the industry leading manufacturer of induction sealing systems, we feel it is our job to help educate and inform readers on the applications, the industry and the technologies used in induction sealing," said Mark Plantier, Enercon's vice president of marketing. "We've done extensive research on the types of information our customers want and we've made that information a big part of our new site."
A popular area of Enercon's new site is their full collection of application articles. These articles inform readers about unique and innovative induction sealing applications, and can help them with their own induction sealing challenges. An example of a recent application article discusses Hain Celestial Group's sealing of their new TeaHouse Latte and TeaHouse Chai packages. The article describes how Hain Celestial collaboratively worked with Enercon to develop an innovative induction seal that had never been applied to this type of container.
A highly-detailed support section and technical articles are two other popular resources available. The goal of the technical support section is to help customers avoid issues before they occur by providing information on general support principles, maintenance articles and tips as well as application support. The technical articles, written by Enercon's expert engineers and staff, include titles such as "Are you Maximizing the Productivity of your Cap Sealer?" and "Myths and Mysteries of Induction Sealing."
"Enercon is committed to our customer's success before, during and after the sale, and this philosophy is demonstrated with the resources and support options we provide on our new site," said Plantier. "Our commitment to providing this information is ongoing, so users will always have fresh content to help them make decisions regarding their induction sealing."
