Enercon offers validation program for induction cap seal product lines
Release date: 1/1/2001
MENOMONEE FALLS, WI - Enercon announces a new service available to its cap sealing customers to assist them in meeting their validation requirements. Enercon President Greg Schuelke says, "The new program is a direct response to an industry need. Many of our customers, especially in the pharmaceutical industry, have rigorous validation programs that require them to test and document all systems and processes in their packaging operation. We've worked with our customers to develop a program that saves them time and money."
The FDA defines validation as "Establishing documented evidence which provides a high degree of assurance that a specific process will consistently produce a product meeting its pre-determined specifications and quality attributes." Enercon's validation program includes all the necessary protocol documentation for Installation Qualification, Operational Qualification and Production Qualification. On-site engineering assistance for the execution of the protocols and for personnel training is also available.
The validation program is available for Enercon's complete line of cap sealing systems including the air-cooled Super Seal™ series and the water-cooled Compak™ series.
