Enercon adds features to new and improved Super Seal™ cap sealer

Release date: 1/1/2002

MENOMONEE FALLS, WI USA - Enercon has upgraded its standard Super Seal™ Series of induction cap sealers with powerful new features. The waterless unit now features microprocessor control and "plug-in" sealing heads. The popular "plug-in" sealing head design makes the changeover of sealing heads fast and easy.

Best of all, the upgrades have been engineered with economy in mind. Packagers can take advantage of these improvements for the same price as the first generation Super Seal™ models.

Packed with New Features

Added to the ultra-reliable Super Seal™ is an adjustable "Loss of seal" indicator. This allows users to preset a power level and trigger an indicator such as a stack light if the power supplied to the Super Seal™ dips below the preset level.

New to the operator interface are two control buttons to set the Super Seal™ into "Local/Remote" and "Auto/Manual" modes. The local/remote button enables local or remote control for turning the system on and off. The auto/manual control dictates if the power level is controlled automatically be a remote source or manually with an optional operator interface.

Enercon's complete line of waterless cap sealers include the Super Seal™, the Super Seal™ Deluxe and the Super Seal™ Max.
