See Cap Sealing Demonstrations at Pack Expo Las Vegas, Including New Deluxe Cap Inspection and Induction Sealing Hall of Fame Packages
Release date: 8/14/2017
Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, USA – Come and see for yourself why Enercon is the leading name in induction cap sealing technology. Discover the power of the innovative Super Seal™ Touch induction cap sealer series. The sealer will be integrated with Enercon’s New Deluxe Cap Inspection System which provides packagers with greater control of their inspection and rejection options.
New Deluxe Cap Inspection and Remote Control
The new inspection system is ideal for high speed lines, large containers, challenging caps, and for those operations that require flexibility in positioning their line’s foil detection, cocked capped sensor and ejector. An advanced laser light curtain is used to detect cocked caps and allows packagers to set specific tolerances for detecting caps applied out of specification. Enercon will continue to offer its standard cap inspection system as well.
Vice President Sales Ryan Schuelke says, “Enercon is all about helping our customers Achieve a Perfect Seal. We do this by developing innovative technology with more integrated features to help packagers maximize their productivity.” Visitors to Enercon’s booth can learn how to Achieve a Perfect Seal by following operational best practices.
Enercon will also demonstrate its latest network communication capabilities for remote control and monitoring. All cap sealer operational controls and data, including bottle counts, faults, container rejections, and recipes are remotely communicated through the network communication platform.
