Release date: 11/3/2016

Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, USA – At Pack Expo 2016 Enercon celebrates the 7th Anniversary of the Super Seal™ Touch induction cap sealer series. The innovative design offered the industry its first touch screen interface, setting the standard for sealing capability and productivity. With its latest operating system the Super Seal™ Touch is proving to be one of the most significant developments in induction sealing history as new features are being added to it year after year.

New deluxe cap inspection and Remote Control

This year packagers will see additional options for integrated deluxe cap inspection with features developed for high speed lines, large containers, challenging caps and for those packagers wishing to have more flexibility with the positioning of their foil detection, cocked capped sensor and ejector.

Included in the new package is an advanced laser light curtain for cocked cap detection that allows users to set their specific tolerances for detecting caps applied out of specification. Enercon will continue to offer its standard cap inspection system as well.

Vice President Sales Ryan Schuelke says, “Enercon is all about helping our customers Achieve a Perfect Seal. We do this by developing innovative technology with more integrated features to help packagers maximize their productivity.”

The exhibit will also include live demonstrations of the system’s network communication capabilities for remote control and monitoring. All of the sealer operational controls and data including bottle counts, faults, container rejections, recipes and more are available through the network communication platform.
