Enercon was no exception as we debuted our all new Cap Inspection System for the
Super Seal Touch and new
Super Seal Max. We've been listening to your feedback and developed an even better way for you to ensure you achieve the perfect seal.
What's new with the cap inspection system? A lot and a little all at the same time. We've kept the core concept of the system the same. It integrates directly with the sealer making installation & setup a breeze. The functionality also remains the same. We've improved the overall robust nature of the system - there's less opportunity for conveyor vibration or an inadvertent bump to interfere with the operation of the system. We've upgraded all the sensors on the system. The new sensors provided added detection capabilities and are easily interchangeable keeping the need for spares low.
When will it be available? It looks like the new cap inspection system will be ready to ship in December - we've got a few finishing touches we want to put on it. Want to learn more
