If you should have an electrode fail... Don't throw it out! Send it back to Enercon. There are several reasons why returning the electrode to us will have value for you.
- Our experts will identify the cause of the failure and send you a report.
- The failure may be covered by warranty. In this case you will have a free replacement electrode coming your way.
- The electrode may be repairable-the cost of repair is always less than the cost of replacement.
- Even if the returned electrode is not repairable or covered by warranty you will still earn a credit if it contains any salvageable material.
