Symptom
The power supply is in the run condition. The up/down arrows do not have any effect on the power level.
Fault
The fault could be attributed to a loose ribbon cable, a defective membrane, or main control board.
Caution
If the power supply has a manual/remote option, the switch must be in the manual position for the membrane control to be effective.
