Station Fault

The following is a description of a station fault on an Enercon Compak 9000 power supply.

Station Fault
Symptom, Fault
Symptom The station fault light is illuminated on the display panel.
Fault A station interlock is not satisfied.
CAUTION! Never defeat an interlock. Always repair the faulty Interlock!
   
Solutions
  1. Check each station interlock to determine which one is not satisfied.
    1. Verify each electrode interlock is satisfied when the electrode is in the treat position.
    2. Verify the exhaust air is sufficient to satisfy the exhaust air flow switch.
    3. Verify the purge air is sufficient to satisfy the differential pressure switch, if applicable.
    4. Verify the selector switch for the high voltage or low voltage switching is not stuck in the depressed position, if applicable.
    5. Verify the secondary zero speed switch is satisfied, if applicable.
