MENOMONEE FALLS, WI - The New Enercon Blown Film Treater is designed to meet specific requirements for surface treatment on blown film extruders. This compact, simple-construction treater station allows for two-sided treating and adjustable lane treating in standard web widths of 42" (1067 mm), 52" (1321 mm), 62" (1575 mm), and 72" (1829 mm). The station is visually open, easy to thread and has an electrode system that provides simple, trouble-free air-gap.

Features and benefits include an Electrode Assembly with 1/8" (3mm) aluminum, flip-type segments and an electrode air-gap that is adjustable from outside the station. Lexan station covers promote safety while providing complete visibility and are hinged for easy threading.

The Power Supply has seven ratings and is available up to 10 kW. It includes the latest state-of-the-art control, power circuits and components.
