MENOMONEE FALLS, WI - Many converters and extruders have expressed great interest in positioning themselves for the future use of atmospheric plasma surface treatment. In response we've developed Enercon's exclusive PlasmaReady™ Upgrade Program. This option is available to customers that purchase new corona treater stations. With the PlasmaReady™ Upgrade Program converters and extruders will be positioned for a future upgrade to a variable chemistry Plasma3™ station.

PlasmaReady™ means a customer's standard corona treating system is capable of being retrofitted for treating a wide range of substrates using Enercon's exclusive Plasma3™ atmospheric plasma treatment technology. The Enercon PlasmaReady™ Upgrade includes all necessary station frame size modificationconma treatment, you will realize the following benefits:
- Higher treatment levels
- Long-lasting surface activation
- Elimination of pin-holing
- No ozone is produced
- "Cold Flame" with controlled chemistry
- Surface morphologies unaffected
- Construction to any production width
