Enercon Industries Corporation has announced the appointment of Gregory W. Schuelke to President and Chief Operating Officer and the simultaneous formation of a newly created Office of the Chief Executive Officer.
Donald H. Nimmer, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, said that rapid corporate sales growth and expansion into worldwide markets over the past few years necessitated reorganization of the administrative function. Messrs. Nimmer and Schuelke will comprise the Office of the Chief Executive Officer to provide both continuous strategic planning and day-to-day business administration.
Enercon Industries Corporation, headquartered in Menomonee Falls, WI, is a major manufacturer of equipment for the plastics and packaging industries. The company supplies custom-built bare-roll, universal-roll and covered-roll corona treating systems for converting and film extrusion processes; induction cap sealing systems for the food, dairy, chemical, and pharmaceutical industries; and 3D plasma treaters for the plastics and rubber industries.
