Blown Film Corona Surface Treater

Enercon's blown film treater has been specifically designed to meet the needs of the standard blown film line head on. It is equipped with covered ground rolls and segmented stainless steel electrodes. A compact and simple construction allows for 2 sided and adjustable lane treating.  The electrode system provides simple, trouble-free air-gap adjustment. Electrode Assembly

  • 1.25" (32 mm) Electrode Width (Determines Electrode Area & Dwell Time)
  • Electrode Air-Gap Adjustable from Outside the Station
  • Manual Lever and Lock Mechanism for Retraction for Each Assembly
  • 2-side Treatment - One Electrode Assembly Per Side
  • High Voltage Transformer (XFMR) with 10' (3 meters) of HV wire

  • Aluminum electrodes are not as durable as stainless steel
