Enercon Induction Cap and Capless Sealers are designed for reliable and trouble-free operation. Our Pnuematic Jr induction sealing system is designed to seal capless containers. Enercon capless sealing systems can be designed for manual applications like the Pneumatic Jr or for automated high volume applications traditionally reserved for conduction technology.

Troubleshooting Guide
Symptom
Power On LED remains off when the Power Switch is turned on Loose or damaged Power Cord Open Fuse Missing Feed Voltage Loose or Damaged Ribbon Cables Power On LED is lit properly, but Sealing LED remains off when the Start pushbutton Contacts are closed Loose or Damaged Sealing Head Connection Loose or Damaged Reed Switch Contact wiring Loose or Damaged Ribbon Cables Failed Inverter Device Failed Power Board Failed Control Board Sealing LED on as soon as the Power Switch is turned on Loose or Damaged Reed Switch Contact wiring Failed Reed Switch Failed Control Board Timer counts down properly and both LEDs function, but no seal is achieved Failed Sealing Head Failed LEDs Loose or Damaged Internal Wiring Failed Control Board Fault LED is lit as soon as Start Pushbutton Contacts is closed Failed Sealing head Failed Inverter Failed power board Failed control board Fault LED comes on, resets and unit runs for a period before Fault LED lights again Loose or Damaged Sealing Head Connection Loose or Damaged wiring or ribbon cables Loose or Damaged hardware / components in power supply Failed Control Board Power On LED is lit properly, but the Sealing Head does not lower into place over the container Air Pressure Setting Too Low Loose Or Damaged Solenoid Wiring Loose or Damaged Start Pushbutton Wiring Failure of both Start Contacts Failed Solenoid Switch The Sealing Head lowers into place over the container and the Sealing LED comes on as soon as Power Switch is turned on.
