Enercon induction cap sealers are designed for reliable and trouble-free operation. Our eJector container rejection system provides accurrate and consistent container rejection. The eJector can be integrated with any Enercon induction sealing system and controlled with data provided by either our or your inspection system.

| Symptom |
- Check the input power
- Is the power switch on at the power entry module
- Check the fuse inside the power entry module
- Remove power and open the box and ensure the ribbon cable is properly connected between the display board and the ejector control board
- Contact Enercon service department for assistance
- Check the eject signal
- Check for proper inlet air pressure
- Remove power and open the box and inspect the hose connections, looking for an open hose or a kink in a hose.
- Check solenoid wiring
- Possible bad solenoid
- Contact Enercon service department for assistance
- Are the containers sliding on the conveyor?
- Is the conveyor speed changing?
- Check the "bad container" detector for proper adjustment.
- Remove input power and open the box and ensure the ribbon cable is properly connected between the display board and the eject control board
