Variable Sealing Control

Enercon variable sealing control (VSC) technology
ensures reliable seals by automatically adjusting sealing
energy to compensate for line speed fluctuations.

Induction sealing relies on three variables: pressure,
heat and time. Without VSC technology the sealing
process requires a consistent line speed. While the
relationship between sealing energy and line speed
is not linear, Enercon engineers have developed an
algorithm for sealing over various line speeds.

VSC monitors the conveyor speed and adjusts
sealing energy for optimum sealing results. This
technology allows packagers greater flexibility to
where the induction sealer is mounted.

This PLC based system allows operators to store
recipes for multiple products on their packaging line.

Enercon systems are designed to operate in a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C (104°F) @ 80% relative humidity, non-condensing.

New Variable Sealing Control ensures reliable seals by automatically compensating for changes in line speed.
