Our field service engineers are available to perform on-site training for your equipment at your facility. The charges for the training are the same rate as our field service rates, plus an hourly travel charge, and living and travel expenses at cost. The advantages of on-site training is our engineer can customize his training specifically to your equipment and provide instruction as to what maintenance to perform at the same time he is performing it. The other option is you can send your personnel to our facility for training at no charge.
When scheduled, our engineers will provide training on equipment similar to the equipment at your facility.
The advantages are the training is uninterrupted and generally lasts one business day. You would be responsible for all of your individual’s living and travel expenses. Please contact Enercon if you wish to schedule our engineer or schedule a visit to our facility. |
