Enercon's All-in-One Sealing head teams up with the Super Seal for a powerful tandem.
A key to successful cap sealing is matching the right power supply to the right sealing head. With Enercon's latest innovation packagers benefit from a new high powered Super Seal™ and expertly designed all-in-one sealing head.
The pair can handle small, medium and large cap diameters. By rotating the all-in-one sealing head the induction field is lengthened so it can seal caps up to 120 mm in diameter.
For customers wanting more advanced control of their sealing, inspection and rejection process the all-in-one sealing head can be teamed up with the Super Seal™ Deluxe.
As with all cap sealing applications it is best to allow Enercon to test your containers in our laboratory. In some cases one of our custom sealing head designs may meet your specific requirements even more effectively than the all-in-one solution.
Enercon systems are designed to operate in a maximum ambient temperature of 40°C (104°F) @ 80% relative humidity, non-condensing.
